The reason for the horrendous death toll in the Mumbai disaster was the Indian Army killing innocent civilians in their gunfights with the Kashmiri militants.
I originally went to Kashmir to find out if captured foreigners being held by militants were still alive. After two trips to Kashmir I found out the foreigners were killed by the Indian Army in their battle with the militants who were holding the foreigners captive.
